The 1916 Company brings together the primary and secondary markets under a single, unified brand, comprising more than 20 boutiques and Collector’s Lounges in key watch markets worldwide.

CMIA Capital Partners first invested in WatchBox in 2017 and has been the single largest shareholder in WatchBox.

Post restructuring, CMIA Capital Partners is now the single largest shareholder in The 1916 Company.
